Odisha Pre Matric Scholarship Registration has already been done but due to some reasons some of the students whose applications were previously reverted can now re- submit their application. Online application portal is opened only for the resubmission of application. New registration is not allowed now. ओडिशा राज्य सरकार द्वारा छात्रों की शिक्षा के उत्थान के लिए कई योजनाएं शुरू की गई हैं। प्री मैट्रिक स्कॉलरशिप ओडिशा राज्य सरकार की ऐसी ही एक पहल है। इस छात्रवृत्ति कार्यक्रम के तहत समाज के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के छात्रों को सरकार द्वारा वित्तीय सहायता की पेशकश की जाती है। वे छात्र जो इस अवसर का लाभ उठाते हैं, उन्हें छात्रवृत्ति मासिक रूप से सीधे उनके बैंक खाते में प्राप्त होगी।

Eligibility Criteria for Odisha Pre Matric Scholarship
To apply for the Odisha Pre Matric Scholarship, candidates must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions:
- Application should be a permanent resident of Odisha
- Applicant must possess 8th standard passing certificate to apply for 9th standard scholarship and 9th standard passing certificate to apply for 10th standard scholarship.
- Annual income of applicants family should not exceed 250000 per year
- Applicant must belongs to scheduled caste, scheduled tribal, other backward class or SEBC Category.

- From home page of the portal, you need to choose registration option and a new page will open
- Read the information appears on the screen, tick the checkbox, choose I agree button and enter the Aadhaar card number on the screen in the given space
- Choose verify option, complete the verification and follow the screen where you need to enter the information as asked on the screen

To file a complaint you need to follow the instructions mentioned below:

- From home page of the portal, you need to choose query/ grievance from menu bar
- A new page will open on the screen from where you should choose complaint option and form will open on the screen
- In the form you have to provide the following information including:

- Department,
- Scheme Name and more
- Upload the supporting document in the prescribed formation and hit submit option
- As you click on submit option, you will see a token number generated on the screen.
