Objective of CIDCO Lottery
The motive of City and Industrial development Corporation Government of Maharashtra behind starting CIDCO Lottery is to provide housing facility to the people living in the state. The government will construct the houses at reasonable rates and sell them to the people belongs to economically weaker section and lower income group. Selection of the candidate who will get the house at the affordable rate will depends on lottery system.
Eligibility Conditions
Only those candidates who meet the eligibility conditions specified by the authority is will able to apply for the scheme. Here are the eligibility conditions:
- Only permanent resident of Maharashtra state will eligible.
- Appellant must belongs to economical vehicle section or low income group category.
- Monthly income of applicant who belongs to economically weaker section category should not more than Rs. 25000
- Monthly income of applicant who belongs to low income group category should be in between Rs. 25000 to 50000.

CIDCO Lottery Registration Process
- Firstly you should rush to the official website of the City and Industrial Development Corporation, Government of Maharashtra
- Home page of the portal will open on the screen from where you should choose registration for lottery option.
- Click the option and registration form will appear on the screen
- You need to provide each and every required information in the application form including
- Username
- UID Aadhar
- PAN
- Password
- Confirm password
- First Name
- Middle name
- Surname
- Father name/ husband name
- Date of birth
- Mobile number
- After providing each and every detail you need to click on submit button
- Enter the capture code shown on the screen and click on confirm button
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP in the given space and complete the registration process
- You will successfully registered message will display on the screen there after you need to login
- Now you need to provide the rest require details including monthly income of applicant, photograph of applicant and other required details
- Complete the application form and submit it by press submit button

- A new page will open on the screen, select new registration option from there and form will appear on the screen
