A different strategy has been launched by the Telangana state government which is known as Telangana Dalit Bandhu Scheme.

Dalitha Bandhu Telangana Scheme is an initiative in which the government is going to provide financial assistance to the schedule caste families. This scheme has been introduced to increase the level of assistant. The government is going to provide one time grant of rupees 10 lakh per schedule caste family to set up suitable income generating business or company. This grant will provide directly by the government without bank credit linkage. This scheme will promote entrepreneurship among the dalit community and also create employment opportunities for them.

तेलंगाना दलित बंधु योजना एक पहल है जिसमें सरकार अनुसूचित जाति के परिवारों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने जा रही है। यह योजना सहायक के स्तर को बढ़ाने के लिए शुरू की गई है। सरकार उपयुक्त आय सृजन व्यवसाय या कंपनी स्थापित करने के लिए प्रति अनुसूचित जाति परिवार को 10 लाख रुपये का एकमुश्त अनुदान प्रदान करने जा रही है। यह अनुदान बिना बैंक क्रेडिट लिंकेज के सीधे सरकार द्वारा प्रदान किया जाएगा। यह योजना दलित समुदाय के बीच उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देगी और उनके लिए रोजगार के अवसर भी पैदा करेगी।

The main objective of the Government of Telangana behind launching Telangana Dalit Bandhu Scheme 2023 is to empower dalit families and enable enterpreneurship among them. Under the skin the government is going to provide 10 lakh per family. The families can spend the amount to open a new organisation (company) to do any kind of business. For this came the government is ready to spend approximate 80000 crore rupees to 1 lakh crore.
Implementation of Dalit Bandhu
Dalit Bandhu scheme implementation has been started in Shalapally of the huzurabad assembly constituency in Karimnagar district on 16 August 2021. The selection of the beneficiary is for the scheme will be made by the district collectors in consultation with local MLA.
