School Education:

• The new education program will be concentrated on basic reading and numeracy skills.
• Instead of taking tests every academic year, students will only take them in classes 2, 5 and 8.

Stages of National Education Policy

The list of the eligibility criteria of this scheme is given below:

Foundation Stage:

Add the foundation stage and the education is further split into two sections: the first two years of primary school are followed by the three years of preschool or Anganwadi. It will cover the first three to eight years of an activity-based learning curriculum for children.

Preparatory Stage:

This stage will be covered by students in classes 3 through 5. This will progressively introduce science and mathematical disciplines such as speaking, reading, writing and physical education language.

Middle Stage:

Students will be introduced to increasingly complex topics in mathematics, physics, social science, arts and humanities classes from 6th to 8th grade.

Secondary Stage:

This stage will be studied by students in grades 9 through 12. The first part of the study will be completed by students in grades 9 and 10 while the second phase will be completed by students in grades 11 and 12. At this point, the students want to instill deep learning and critical thinking along with multidisciplinary study. At this point, students will have the option of many topics.
