• Only students in the 9th or 10th grade who wish to join the BC community can apply.
• A member of the SC/ST/BC/disabled community is required for the position.
• A person’s annual income should not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.

For Post Matric Scholarship:

• The candidate’s family should only possess a car, tractor or taxi as four wheel vehicles.
• The candidate’s family shouldn’t have any income taxpayer members.
• Except for sanitary employees, no one should be a government employee or pensioner.
• The applicant’s family’s yearly income should not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakh.
• The applicant’s family’s total landholding should not be more than 10 acres wet, 25 acres dry or 50 acres of both.
• Students studying polytechnic, ITI, degree or higher level courses at government funded or privately run institutions, universities or boards are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must be day scholars who are enrolled in a departmental or college affiliated hostel.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 75% overall attendance to be considered for a scholarship.
