Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme 2025

On 28 April 2020, Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister, Shri YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy officially introduced the Jagannath Vidya Deevena Scheme. State students who are in need of financial assistance are given scholarships under this program. About 14 lakh state residents would receive complete fee refund help as a result. The government has approved Rs 4,000 crore for this scholarship. 

Jagannath Vidya Deevena Scheme 2025: This is in addition to the outstanding balance of 1880 crores. In order to help impoverished youngsters afford higher education, this money will be used. The funds will be promptly deposited into the student’s parents bank accounts.

Eligibility Criteria for Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme 2025

The eligibility criteria of this scheme are listed below:

• The  applicant must not do any government job
• There must be no pension benefits available to the applicant’s family members.
• The program does not apply to Sanctuary employees.
• Income for the household shouldn’t be higher than 2.5 lakhs per year.
• You can apply for the program if you’re a student studying a polytechnic, ITI or a degree.
• A candidate must have graduated from a public or private institution that is funded by the government or a board or state university.
• An applicant must have a wetland under 10 acres, agricultural property under 25 acres or both wetland and agricultural land under 25 acres.
• There should be no four wheeled vehicles owned by the applicant.

Incentives

• Engineering

• Each year, students would deposit Rs 20,000.
• Students staying at Welfare hostels won’t have to pay any meal expenses.
