Indian Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is a central armed force that is responsible for maintaining law and order in the Indian-Tibetan border. Indian Tibetan Border Police force is working under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. ITBP began its operations on 24th October 1962 from Karakoram Pass in Ladakh to Jachep La in Arunachal Pradesh covering about 3488 kilometers of the India-China border. The candidate should have passed class 10th and have participated or won gold medals in any international sports events recognized by the International Olympic association as a member of the India team in the last two years and players who have won medals in any national game or the championship recognised by Indian Olympic association, sports federation, junior level championship, national school games etc. and in the team event the candidate have won any gold medal in National games, national championship( both junior and senior), all India inter University etc.
