Eligibility Criteria

To apply for DDA special housing scheme candidate must meet the eligibility conditions specify below:

• Only Indian native who is permanently residing in Delhi can apply for the scheme
• Candidates age should be at least 18 years.
• Applicant or his/ her wife/ husband or any minor dependent should not live in Delhi cantonment area or in New Delhi.
• Candidates who already receive the benefits under this scheme cannot apply again.

• From home page of the portal go to the Online services section and look for New Awas (housing scheme) portal option
• A new web page will open on the screen from where you have to click on Login for applicant option.

• Now choose new user register here option and form will appear on the screen where you have to provide all the required information including
  • NameDate of birthPAN card,Mobile number
  • Email id etc.
• Hit on submit button to submit the registration form
• You will get an SMS and email on your register mobile number and email ID which contains registration id and password

• First of all, you should go to the new official website of the Delhi Development Authority which is “dda.gov.in” & home page will open on the computer screen.
• From home page of the portal go to the Online services section and look for New Awas (housing scheme) portal option.

• A new web page will open on the screen from where you have to click on Login for applicant option
• New page will appear on the screen where you have to provide all the required information including
  • Registered user ID
  • Password
  • Captcha code
• Click on login option and user dashboard will appear on the screen.
• Now you need to provide all the required details in the application form
• Complete the form, upload the required documents and select the check box  on the announcement
• Submit the form and a new page will open on the screen where your registration number along with date and fees is mentioned by following which you need to pay registration fee by using NEFT or RTGS to book flat
