Benefits of the Abhinandan Education Loan Subsidy
Abhinandan Education Loan Subsidy Scheme is very beneficial for the students of Assam who are going to pursue higher education. Under this scheme the government is going to provide subsidy on education loan amount into rupees 100000 or more sanction before 31st March 2019 or paid 25% of loan amount sanctioned after first April 2019. The amount of subsidy is rupees 50000. This subsidy amount will given only one time to the student directly in their bank account on which he she has taken loan.
Eligibility Criteria for Abhinandan Education Loan Subsidy Scheme
All those students who made the eligibility conditions specified below will able to receive the benefits of the scheme:
- This Abhinandan Education Loan Subsidy Scheme 2023 is specially designed only for the students who are permanently residing in Assam.
- To get the benefits student must have taken education loan
- Loan must be from many scheduled commercial bank or regional rural bank within the state
- Education loan amounting to Rs. 1 lakh or more sanctioned before 31st March, 2019 and sanctioned after 1st April, 2019 after disbursement of 25% sanctioned loan amount comes under this scheme
- Those students who already have taken the benefits of bidya lakhsmi scheme are not eligible to apply for this scheme
- Loan amount status must not Come under NPA after a specific duration of 90 days.
