Ramadan is the holy month and roza is an important ritual. As we observe roza we feel heat in our body which purifies the soul and burns all of the negativity, illness and other bad things from soul and even from the body. It is even scientifically proven that there are many benefits of fasting because it kills up bad bacteria and thus boosts up immunity in the human body as well. The other thought behind this holy act is that when we get away from food and water, we get to understand others’ difficulties and then get closer to Allah SWT.

What is the Purpose of Ramadan 2023?

The holy month of Ramadan is not intended to deliver thirst, starvation and other restrictions to the faster. However, believers observe fast to purify their soul and make their home in (Jannat) heaven. So, it is even in favour for us as we get medical and soulful benefits from fasting. Thus, fasting is recommended for everyone. Not only this, but in the end when we get to the judgement day, these fasts will get in between the hell fire and human to protect the human from going hell (dozakh). Tilawat, namaz and roza will testify to god that this believer use to observe us and don’t throw them at hell.

What should we do in the month of Ramadan 2023?

During this holy month of Ramadan, we believers are recommended to do tilawat, farz and nafl namaz, plus fast as much as we can. As it will multiply the benefits and rewards. He who puts his trust, time and believe in Allah SWT then he is sufficient for him. So, we should try to double our prayer as much as we can. As the last ten nights are really important of Ramadan as those are laylatul qadr nights. These are the nights when Allah SWT showers his blessings on believers and if you offer nafl namaz the whole night only god knows the abundance of blessings that you are going to receive.
